Just After Christmas (2019)
The series is a photographic work that unravels my concerns and interests about the relativity of time and changing memories while looking at the remnants of past Christmas parties that seemed to have stopped for a long time in a small Norwegian town. Taken between January and March in 2019, photographs of the winter silence, the stillness, and the debris of an out-of-date party were printed and worked with for a year until the next Christmas season. The series was presented in my solo exhibition along with video and installation works.
